Love that I can control my lights with my iPhone! My favorite part is that you can change the colors for each Holiday (Halloween, Christmas, 4th of July, etc.).

Downloaded, plugged in and it worked! Sure, lights could be brighter, app could have more options or have a user light design feature - but its cool. Future updated should be fun!

I purchased the flood lights and tried them on my house. Taking them back tomorrow. The distance between the connected three lights is not enough and the lighting effect is non existent. One positive item is the app worked great, now they need to make the physical parts work.

Worth every penny as they were an instant upgrade to the patio. Would like to have longer strands, but I will probably buy a lot more with this concept.

Floodlights are weak. Maybe 20% of a 100 Watt incandescent. These will probably be going back to the store. Would be nice to have an on/off timer within the app.

These worked flawlessly. Immediate connection, immediate response to changes, and plenty of settings for multiple connected strands. Plus, if you hook them up to a timer the lights remember their last setting when the timer turns them on again - set and forget for the Christmas season. Other reviewers are right though. The flood lights arent very bright. I wondered why the box didnt have a LED/wattage rating - now I know. :). And the flood lights are only 8 feet apart while the first one is only several INCHES from where it plugs in. Thats really cheap design.

The app is awesome! Some of the reviews complain about the "flood lights" but I think they work just as they are supposed to. They are flood lights not spot lights! They provide a very nice accent not an overpowering amour of light.

According to what it said for the kaleidoscope light it can be used for all seasons meaning it has all the spectrum colors… This is not true, it has only four colors.. red,white, Blue and green and is very limited in the way these are presented, and also doesnt give you control of what colors you want to use.... A very limited product for $60… Will be returning it tomorrow.

Im happy with the lights. Im happy with the preprogrammed themes. But I bought with the intention of an idea of more customization. To warrant year round usage. Sport themed color combinations would of been a great addition. Or the ability to at least choose two alternating colors by the user. Great idea. Not fully thought out execution. I cant wait till this evening to see the full effect.

All in all the app and lights were easy to setup. The multitude of presets is nice, but I wish there was a way to make custom light shows in the app. Also I agree that the floods are dimmer than I expected. I hope more features are added soon including custom settings and timers.

I just bout the Cone shaped AppLights and put these up in a realatively dark neighboorhood. My Simple Christmas lights are 10 times brighter. Yes they have color patterns, and yes I can control them with my phone. But I will not be buying another set. They are just two dim and as expensive as they are, not worth it.

I like the lights, but it would be nice to add a song playlist for a more personal touch for my front yard. Other than that they are nice touch without spending 2k on a more serious setup.

More show diversity than I Thought there would be. Lots of 1 color shows to choose from. I understand the desire for true color custom programming, but give it time...

This app is pretty good and same with the lights. However, there are some changes that may further improve these lights. One would be to create your own theme. It would be nice to choose your own colors and make custom themes. For example, this year I decided to have my light and decorations be white and gold. It would be cool if I could make a theme that is white and gold. Another improvement would be to have the ability to set a timer or start/end time for certain days. As of right now when I get home I have to turn the lights on. It would be nice to have them on automatically because sometimes I forget. Bluetooth should have a passcode! I discovered that I can control my lights with more then one iOS device. That means neighbors can control them too which means they can change the show which isnt what I want.

This app is working perfectly with the candy cane lights. We have 4 sets linked together and they work great. At first I was wondering why there was nothing showing up on Bluetooth but right when I went into the app they were detected automatically and I was controlling the lights in literally seconds. There are tons of modes in the ways of which the lights flash. As for the colors. That is where it falls short. There are only really four colors in the app and the box it advertises many more colors. Its really plain and simple. There is red,blue,green,yellow, and white. For most this all you will ever need. Since they are candy canes however it confuses me why there would themes such as Halloween and Saint Patricks in the settings.

What a bad product. It doesnt shine more than a candle worth of light. Im returning this useless product.

Just set them up today. Wire seems durable. Lights respond almost instantaneously to the App except 20-30 second delay with the Christmas display for some reason. I have the icicles and the effects are awesome, they are quite bright and its a lot of fun to play around with. My neighbors seem impressed too. If they hold up and things continue this way I will be very pleased! A big advancement in Xmas lights! (One addition would be nice: a timer).

But performance is not up to par. The app has trouble maintaining connection to the lights, and would constantly reset the light pattern.
